Operational Solutions Management Pty Ltd (OSM) was created in February 1994 by Mike Gee and Ted Vanderhoek.

OSM has two offices, the Sydney head office is located in Crows Nest and has a well established software development and test site. The Perth office is located in Medina, Western Australia, near to Fleet Base West (FBW).

OSM has approximately twenty staff members, with a mix of system engineering, computer science, electronics, electrical engineering and naval warfare backgrounds. Most OSM staff hold Defence security clearances, and many are former members of the ADF or Department of Defence with backgrounds in management and monitoring of classified information and equipment.
