The Directors ...

Mike Gee, the OSM Operations Director, is a former naval Commander with several years of OBERON class submarine command experience and almost twelve years involvement in the development of the COLLINS combat system and in its modification and capability enhancements.

Ted Vanderhoek, the OSM Engineering Director, is a former Deputy Director of Development at the Submarine Warfare Systems Centre (SWSC). He has many years experience as a submarine technical and software specialist, including employment at the RAN Research Laboratories (RANRL) of the Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO). He has been involved for almost fifteen years with the basic COLLINS class combat system implementation, and more recently with recovery strategies for system architectures to modify and enhance the initial combat system implementation. Ted has fulfilled the System Architect role for Combat System Augmentation in the successful Sea 1446 Project, from CSA1 to the current CSA2.3.2 functional baselines
